She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Trace and Maxine Trace of Hagerstown; her brother Lawrence "Larry" Trace; her nephew David Trace; her granddaughter Alexis Austin; her sister-in-law Catherine Schaeffer; and her friends, Betty and Michaela.
She is survived by: her husband Ray Austin; her children, Michael Austin (Patty), Scott Austin (Gwen) and Anne Patterson Austin; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Sara, Jacob, Sydney, Noah Austin, Cal and Walker Patterson; and her sister-in-law Monica Trace. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (1525 Oak Hill Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
