She is survived by: her children, Paula Burnett, Barry Burnett, Sr. (Cynthia), Dale Burnett and Nicola Burnett; her grandchildren, Chaka Burnett, Ashley Burnett, Barry Burnett, Jr., Joshua Burnett, Anastasia Broadus and Teresa Gatewood; her great grandchildren, Timisha Ware, Tyqwell Fauntleroy, Tykeia Russ, Jeremiah Gateway and Chloe Tynes; her great great grandchildren, Armani and Armon Gantt; her brothers, Wellington Brown, Charles "Chuck" Smith, Dwayne Smith and George Smith; and her sister-in-law Dr. Gertrude Dixon.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
