He is survived by: his wife Norma Hutzell; his children, Cynthia Dawson (Hutzell) of Greencastle, PA, Curtis Hutzell (Becky) of Greencastle, PA, Steven Hutzell (Mary) of Williamsport, MD and Keith Hutzell of Hagerstown, MD.; his stepchildren, Debra Kortright (Thomas) of Hagerstown, MD, Cheryl Wyler (Gary) of Boonsboro, MD, Cynthia Burkett (Craig) of Hagerstown, MD, Christopher Graff (Michelle) of Fayetteville, PA and Aaron Graff (Alison) of Trinity, NC.; and his grandchildren, Fawn McManus, Derrick Hutzell, Brian Reese and Keith Hutzell (KC).
