He was predeceased by: his siblings, Cindy Garland and Lynn Ulrich. He is survived by: his wife Carol Raidt Ulrich; his daughters, Jennifer S. Lucas (Robert) of Naples, FL and Erin E. Ringus (Sonny) of Hagerstown, MD; his siblings, Bonnie Heinbaugh of Chambersburg, PA, Donna Rhone of South Mountain, PA and Harold Bateman of Chambersburg, PA; his grandchildren, Brandon, Alyx, Gage, Gavin, Regan, Alexis and Katie; and his great grandchild Rylan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
