She was predeceased by: her mother Hattie Adams; her adoptive parents, Lewis Edward Bell and Frances E. Reed Bell; and her sisters, Thelma V. Bell and Geraldine "Boopsy" Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, Troy L. Bell (Yvonne F.) of Hagerstown, MD, Darren Edward Bell (Terry), Dawn R. Bell of Hagerstown, MD and Hope Michelle Bell of Hanover, MD; her nephew John C. "Choochie" Bell of Hagerstown, MD; her grandchildren, Brian L. Bell (Lyndsay) of Washington, Brandon M. Bell (Kelly) of Frederick, MD, Darren E. Bell, Jr. of Laurel, MD, Brent C. Bell of Hagerstown, MD, David A. Bell of Laurel, MD and Daisha F. Bell of Laurel, MD; and her cousins, Vernell "Peachie" and Carolyn "Penny" Sterling. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins and friends.
