He was predeceased by: his parents, Fitzgerald R. Chung and Dorothy E. Chung (Campbell); and his siblings, Carmen Chung, Deborah Chung, Robert Chung and Kevin Chung.
He is survived by: his children, Charmeka Chung, Tekeia Chung, Keshae Chung, Marcus Chung and Keith F. Chung; and his sister Pamela Chung. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
