She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott A. Neibert and Leda Cornelia Neibert Deardorff (Coffinberger); her husband David W. Fowler; her stepson Douglas Fowler; her siblings, Betty Crowe and Richard Neibert; and her friend Paul Wayne Grossnickle.
She is survived by: her daughter Karan Kendall (Larry) of Smithsburg; her stepdaughter Kriste Grabill (Donnie); her daughter-in-law Jane Fowler; her grandchild Lauran Kendall; and her boyfriend Scott Franick.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
