She was predeceased by: her father Thomas A. Nelson. She is survived by: her mother Catherine G Lotharp (Young); her husband Edmund Pinkney; her son Lazarus Taylor; her siblings, Kevin Young, Alonso Lotharp, Jr., Lonnie Erikington and Freda S. Liddell; and her goddaughter Victoria M. Benear.
