She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Howard, Sr. and Leah Naomi Colbert (Holmes); her husband Preston LeRoy Kendle; and her brother Lawrence H. Colbert, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Dana Kelly (Philip) of Lake Frederick, VA and Daniel David Kendle of Hagerstown; her grandson Michael Kelly (Elyse); her great grandchildren, Owen of Topsfield, MA and Ryan Kelly of Topsfield, MA; and her niece Sondra Locher (Richard) of Crofton, MD..

Memorial donations may be made to Otterbein United Methodist Church, 108 E. Franklin Street, Hagerstown, MD, 21740.
