Eldon Bowman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eldon Bowman of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on November 15, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ezra and Annie Mae (Montgomery); his in-laws, Casey and Nadine Jones; his siblings, Elwood, Okey Bowman and Rebecca; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Brubaker, Sandra, Doug Laprade, Janet Jones, Henry, Sarah Jones and David Jones.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Jones); his sons, Benjamin (Karen), Amos (Danelle) and Ivan (Casey Young); his grandchild Dean; his daughter Heather; his grandchildren, Darien (Hannah Bowman), Cody Bowman, Torie Bowman, Lee (Madeline Bowman), Tyler (Jasmin Bowman), Kaylan (Sheldon Reece), Tess (Joshua Crews), Alaina (Trenton Landes), Belle Bowman, Pearl Bowman, Skyler Bowman and Payton Bowman; his great grandchildren, Wesley and Willow Bowman; his siblings, Wylenia and Galen; and his siblings-in-law, Catherine Bowman, Virginia Bowman and Lewis Brubaker. He is also survived by many nephews & nieces.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oak Hill Old German Baptist Brethren Church. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Hill Church Cemetery.

The family also requests no flowers.
