“My name is Joyce. I worked with Ms. Elaine when she worked at Fort Eustis VA. I worked at Saint Leo University at the time and we spoke on the phone taking care of students/soldier's accounts. When she moved to MD, she gave me her address. I sent her a Christmas card every year, but must have missed a couple of years. I got her card returned deceased in 2019. I never met Ms. Elaine face to face, but we both expressed our love for Jesus Christ and our families.”
