He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hugh Klitch and Josephine Palmer Klitch (Hamilton); his stepmother Helen Klitch; and his brother Richard Hugh Klitch, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Klitch; and his son Brian E. Klitch (Ashley).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
