Baldwin of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Baldwin and Della Arvella Baldwin (Smith); his wife Patricia J. Baldwin; his daughter Kara Cooper; and his sister Donna Magruder.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Baldwin (Louise) and Gregory Baldwin (Sheri); his grandchildren, Eric Costa and Sandi Costa; his great grandchild Luke Costa; and his brother Jim Baldwin (Shirley).
