It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Leon Small Jr. (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Clear Spring, Maryland, who passed away on December 15, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Leon Small Sr. and Naomi Small (Hawbaker). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Small (Rager) of Hagerstown; his children, Crystal Diller (Chris) of Sharpsburg and Earl L. "Buss" Small III (Donna) of Hagerstown; his siblings, Velma Kaylor of Clear Spring, Milbrey Jeanne Templon of Hagerstown and Norman Small of Clear Spring; his grandson Hunter; his pets, Chloe, Mya and Stella; and his close friends, Rick Moats, Glenn Cuismano and Greg Connor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
