He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar B. Babington and Mary F. Babington (Morgan); his wife Gladys Emma Babington; and his brother Donald A. Babington. He is survived by: his daughter Vennie Sue Scally (Lou); his stepchildren, Jean N. Hose (Terry) and Vernon W. Paden; his granddaughter Jessica A. Licari (Jason); and his great grandchild Catherine A. Licari. He is also survived by four step grandchildren and nine step great grandchildren.
