He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Junior and Nellie Alice Tosten; his grandson Tiheen Justice Nathaniel Matthews, Jr.; his son-in-law Tiheen Matthews; and his great grandchild Clinton Gosey III.
He is survived by: his children, Kristena Matthews, Misty Dawn and Brandyn Tosten (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Brittany Gosey (CJ), Ava Tosten and Tayshon Matthews; his great grandchildren, Khali, Kendrix and Kennadi Gosey; and his brother Larry Tosten.
Viewing will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery (14205 Pleasant Valley Rd NE, Flintstone, MD 21530).
