He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gloria Taylor and William Walter Rudisill.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made in memory of Doug Rudisill to Williamsport United Methodist Church, 25 E Church St, Williamsport, MD 21795; and to Doey's House, 11370 Caring Pathway Lane, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
