Dorothy Louise Hendershot Obituary
The memory of Dorothy Louise Hendershot of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on February 11, 2025 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Keller Sneckenberger and Pauline Esther Sneckenberger (Angle); her husband Warren M. Hendershot; and her brothers, Kenneth Sneckenberger and Richard "Dick" Sneckenberger.
She is survived by: her children, Fay Doppel (Carl) and Randy Hendershot (Barb); her grandchildren, Bethany Doppel, Austin Doppel, Amber Nilson (Curtis) and Brett Hendershot (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Brynn, Connor Nilson and Kelly Hendershot; her siblings, Carol Grove, Bonnie Harne and Donald Sneckenberger; and also Curtis Hendershot. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Broadfording Bible Brethren Church Cemetery (13523 Broadfording Church Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
