She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert "Pete" E. and Mary Louise Bagent (Sneckenberger); her husband Harvey M. Hose (Harry Koontz); her son Andrew Martin Hose; her sister Janet L. Socks; and her stepgranddaughter Jamie Waid.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Lake of Hagerstown and Linda Mowen of Chambersburg; her stepchildren, Paula Snyder and Harvey G. Hose (Brenda); her grandchildren, Holly Luther (Jim) of Sharpsburg, Sasha Munro of Chambersburg, Aaron Lake (Tara) of Waynesboro and Andrew Mowen of Chambersburg; her great grandchildren, Courtney, Zachary, Addison, Ansley, McKenna, Elijah, Cordelia and Kurtis; and her close friend Pat Magaha.
