She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Lambert and Betha Ardenia Partridge Lambert; and her siblings, Richard Gaylon Lambert and Mildred Lambert. She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Mulligan Jr.; her sons, Roger David Mulligan (Robin), Lance Edward Mulligan and John Eugene Mulligan; her grandchildren, Matthew Mulligan, Charly Mulligan and Laura Mulligan; her great grandchildren, Jaidyn Mulligan and Katelyn Culler; her brother Larry Lambert (Barbara); and her sister-in-law Marilyn Lambert.
