He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora M. Kershner (Edwards) and Howard E. Kershner; his son Timothy W. Kershner; his brother Richard Kershner; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Rosa Daley.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kershner (Daley); his sons, Jeffrey Kershner (Joan) and Michael Kershner (Shirley); his grandchildren, Jamie Meyers (Rennes) and Cody Kershner (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Makenna Kershner, Riis Meyers and Colton Kershner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Don's honor to West End Baptist Chapel, 59 Winter Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
