He is survived by: his son Kris (Linda); his granddaughters, Mia of Scarsdale, NY and Eva of Scarsdale, NY; his siblings, Bill of Delaware and Hallie of Berkeley Springs, WV; his siblings-in-law, Donna West (Bill) of Boonsboro, MD and Joseph Vance (Suzie) of Hagerstown; and his nieces and nephews, Joseph Vance, Jr. (Kelly) of Hagerstown, Michelle Hanna of Myrtle Beach, SC, Jay Corbett (April) of Hagerstown and Jill Birkett (Clayton) of Inwood, WV. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
