He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ira Sr. and Helen C. Miller Argo; and his niece Jacquelyn Erin Freeman. He is survived by: his significant other Brent Johnson of Hagerstown; his sister Sandra Freeman (William) of Frederick; his niece Kathy Price (Ed); and his nephew Michael Mulgrew.
