He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee Blickenstaff, Sr. and Frances Louise Blickenstaff (Trite); his former wife Naomi M. Blickenstaff (Hull); and his siblings, Sharon Huntzberry, Diane Keller and Ronald Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Alice F. Blickenstaff (Doran); his children, Curtis Blickenstaff (Dana), Donald Blickenstaff (Kristie) and Dawn Needy; his stepchildren, Deryle Bingaman (Rebecca), Vanessa Moats (Mark) and Tamera Eichelberger (Jack); his grandchildren, Donnie (Joanna), Brent, Jessica (Jonathan), Aaron (Kate), Codie (Kylie), Seth, Samantha, Jade (Zack), Cory, Austin, Dylan, Jordan, Jake, Kade, Josie, Tiara and Payton; his great grandchildren, Carson, Camden, Kaiden, Avery, Kaylee, Raelynn, Caysinn, Caysen, Austin and Quinn; and his siblings, Charles, Jr., Richard, Larry, Marty, Darryl, Betty Lou Hammond, Angela Ahalt and Patricia Hawks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
