She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lee and Catherine Mae Myers (Bayer); her husband Harrison Llewellyn Smith, Sr.; her son Timothy W. Stevens; her stepchildren, Vicki Smith and Harrison Smith, Jr.; and her siblings, Harold, Donnie, Carolyn and Maryanne.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald E. Stevens, Judith E. Wade (Bill), Hazel "Mae" Rexrode (Pete) and Mary Beth Schaeffer (Troy); and her stepdaughters, Linda L. Templon (George) and Carol A. Ambrose-Leahy (Mark). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; eight step great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; two step great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dolores's name to Hospice of Washington County.
