She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard C. Blair and Doris L. Blair (McNamee); her sister Nellie Craft; and her brother-in-law Gary Craft. She is survived by: her sister Nancy L. Blair-Shockey (Harry "Buddy"); her niece Carrie Ann Craft; and her nephews, Gary L. Craft and Jason Craft.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
