Hooper (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on August 17, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Blake Rosenthal and Mary Edna Rosenthal (Brennan); her husband Charles Raymond Hooper; her son Denis Hooper; and her brothers, Joseph Rosenthal and Thomas Rosenthal.
She is survived by: her son Terence Jon Hooper (Rebekah) of Hagerstown, MD; and her siblings, Mary Lou Gainey of Gainsville, FL and Johnny Rosenthal of Hagerstown, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
