It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Jean Warner of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father David Eugene Teter. She is survived by: her mother Doris Jean Teter (Garnand); her husband Charles David Warner III; her children, Betsy Christina Warner, Molly Rebecca Warner and Charles David Warner IV; her siblings, Diane Lynn Horst and Dennis Eugene Teter; and her children-in-law, Diane Kim Warner and Josué López.
