He is survived by: his sons, Charles Davis Jr. (Theresa) of Hagerstown, MD. and Carlton Davis of Hagerstown; and his sister Ilene Smith of Hagerstown. He is also survived by 3 grandsons; 3 granddaughters; 3 great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law.
