She was predeceased by: her parents, Peggy Elizabeth Dundus and Daniel Donald Dundus; and her brother Terry Dundus. She is survived by: her husband Clayton L. Burkholder; her children, Melissa "Misty" Ann Caudell, Brian Smoot, Jeremy Burkholder, Jennifer Burkholder (Nelson Schoppert), Jeffrey Burkholder (Aarica) and Krystal Belle Caudell (Donald Barnhart II); and her siblings, Denise D. Luna, Daniel Donald Dundus, II and Michael Dundus. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
