He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Braxton Fitzwater and Mary Ellen Funk (Moses); and his wife Kathy Fitzwater. He is survived by: his daughters, Betty A. Fitzwater, Janet Adams and Alice Johnson; and his sister Gail Prinz of Olney. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
