David Patterson Rhodes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Patterson Rhodes (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Sharpsburg, Maryland, who passed away on March 12, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edgar Rhodes and Julia B. Patterson Rhodes; his former wife Gina Griffith Rhodes; and his siblings, Julia G. Rhodes Lohman, Joseph Rhodes and Debbie M. Rhodes.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Cornwell Rhodes; his children, Michelle Peirson (Arthur), David Rhodes (Chris Taylor) and Nathan Rhodes (Bridgitt); his stepdaughters, Brooke Cornwell and Stephanie Grimes; his grandchildren, Christian Peirson, Aston Peirson, Nick Rhodes and Grant Shafer; and his siblings, Harry Rhodes (Pam), Eddie Rhodes (Debbie) and Mary J. Rhodes-Kretzer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made directly to Rest Haven Funeral Home, (David Rhodes Memorial Fund) 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742, to help with the cost of the funeral expenses.
