He is survived by: his children, Nicole Lewis, David Michael Forsyth and Justin Marshall Forsyth; his grandchildren, Courtney Hutchinson (Devyn), Clark Hambleton, Jr. and Brittney Hambleton; his great grandchildren, Kayden, Kamryn, Karsyn, Avery and Jordyn; his brother Michael Forsyth; his siblings-in-law, Lydia and William Mitchell; and also, Jason Priecko (Leigh), Jackson and Tyson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Otterbein United Methodist Church (108 E Franklin St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
