She is survived by: her husband Phillip Randolph Adams Jr.; her children, Crystal J. Smith, Felicia R. Clemons (Kenneth) and Steven Sellers (Jennifer); her stepsons, Jeremiah Adams of Hagerstown, MD. and Phillip Adams III of Hagerstown, MD.; her brothers, Louis Hose III of Hagerstown, MD. and Harry Hose of Hagerstown, MD.; and her great grandchildren, Stephon, Prestyn Carter, Kylo, Draco Owens, Dalilah and Keion. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
