He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Webster, Sr. and Gertrude Springer (Alexander); his wife Julia Springer; his son Gene F. Springer; and his brother Richard Springer.
He is survived by: his son James Springer (Rhonda) of Martinsburg, WV; his daughter-in-law Tammy Springer of Mercersburg, PA; his grandchildren, Michael, Melanie and Ryan; and his great grandchild Wesley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
