We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2024, at the age of 98, Daniel R. Nazelrod Sr. of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Thomas, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward D. Nazelrod and Emma M. Nazelrod (Cook); his wife Macil Irene Nazelrod (Twigg); his siblings, Bessie Icks, Shirley Hanlin, Richard L. Nazelrod and Ellis A. Nazelrod; and his half-siblings, Ruby E. Stevens and V. A. Wolford.
He is survived by: his children, Jacque L. Fahnestock of Leitersburg, MD and Daniel Ray Nazelrod, Jr. of St. Thomas, PA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
