It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cyril Ogden Simmonds (Hagerstown, Maryland), who passed away on May 13, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Simmonds and Viola Saunders; and his siblings, Alfred Simmonds, Shernette Singh and Carmen Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Inez; his children, Jean Whyte-Hall (Delroy) of Maryland, Doreen Simmonds Brown (Ainsley) of Massachusetts, Joan Simmonds-Fichera (Alfred) of Massachusetts and Colleen Daly of Texas; and his siblings-in-law, David Singh and Madge Simmonds. He is also survived by six grand children, nine great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
