She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Seibert and Anna Seibert (Miller); her spouse Vaughn Gene Beard; her sisters, Maxine Dick and Donna Moyer; and her nephew Gregory Moyer.
She is survived by: her sister Paula Nixon (Jim); her sister-in-law Erma Sutton; her nieces and nephews, Scottie, Frankie Snowden, Drenda, Gary Miller, Kathy, Ed Holtzman, Cindy, Kent Harshman, Denise Oliff, Dawn, Vincent Gaver (Mike), Melissa, Keith Clowser, Michele, Ben Jackoby, Tommy Sutton (Tom) and RaeAnn Sutton (Carl); and her goddaughters, Harriet Yost and Kathy Reynolds.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. L. Davis Funeral Home (12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD 21783). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Breakthrough Type 1 Diabetes foundation.
