She was predeceased by: her stepfather Jack E. Osborne. She is survived by: her parents, Donald Clarence Barber and Patricia Ann Osborne (Vulgamott); her daughters, Ashley Mitchell of Ranson, WV and Brooke M. Rutherford of Hagerstown; her half-brothers, Jack E. Osborne, Jr., Dwayne Barber and Bobbie Lee Barber; her grandchildren, Andrew West, Austin West, Ashtin Hoover, Isaiah Mitchell, Dylan Rutherford and Caleb Billmann of Canada; her aunt Wilma; and her uncle Charles Costlow. She is also survived by four cousins; one niece and one nephew.
In addition to flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Black Rock Bible Church, for the new addition, at 9646 Crystal Falls Drive, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
