It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Lucado (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on August 23, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Michael Robert Kurbaba; and her son Eugene Elliott Lucado. She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Pearl Serio (Oakley); her stepfather Charles James Serio; her son Robert Wayne Lucado of Pembroke; her grandchildren, Skyler Lucado, Shaylyne Lucado and Elijah Lucado; her uncle Irvin Oakley (Joan) of Baltimore; and her close friends, Roy and Pamela Ebersole of Mercersburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Cheryl's name to Rest Haven Funeral Home, in c/o her son.
