She is survived by: her stepchildren, Rimini A. Kephart (Eric) of Clear Spring, MD and Kirk L. Miller (Shannon) of Williamsport, MD; her sister Marguerite Carroll; her husband Crist Gettel of Shepherdstown, WV; her stepgranddaughter Matayia Miller; and her friend Janet Fischer of Hagerstown, MD..
