With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlotte Lee Browning of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 5, 2024 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Alan Browning; her parents, Vincent Howard Jenkins and Charlotte Elizabeth Jenkins (Watson); and her son Daniel Bruce Leaman. She is survived by: her children, Ray H. Leaman (Debrah) of Sharpsburg and Rebecca L. Seekford (Kirk) of Greencastle; her great grandchild Brittany Diane Leaman; her children, Cameron, Jrue of Waynesboro, PA., Raymond Howard Joseph Leaman (Kayla), Nora Rose of Waynesboro, PA., Caitlyn Joy Seekford of Greencastle, PA and Vincent Leaman of Frederick; and her daughter-in-law Catherine Leaman (Frederick, MD).
