We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2019, at the age of 67, Charlotte Anne Seibert (Hagerstown, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Dennis Seibert; and her brother Dale Chase. She is survived by: her children, Christa Lea Gaylor (Morgan) and Ian Andrew Seibert (Melanie); her sisters, Shirley Burch of Hagerstown, Barbara Semeraro of Austin, TX and Patricia Jacobson of Kannapolis, NC; and her grandchildren, Claire, Megan, Samuel and Benedict.
