He is survived by: his wife Virginia Mongan; his children, Robin Harper (Jim), Douglas Mongan and John Mongan (Betsy); his grandchildren, Jarrett, Jillian Harper, Rachel Irby (William), Benjamin, Joy, Reese, Sean, Ty, Tasha, Abby, Audrey, Zach, Addison, Mia and Joseph Mongan; and his great grandchild Violet Irby.
