It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles William Carbaugh (Hagerstown, Maryland), who passed away on January 18, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Custer (Rankin) of Williamsport, MD and Perry Alvin Carbaugh; and his siblings, Carol Miller of Mercersburg, PA, Perry Carbaugh (Bobbi) of Hagerstown, MD, David Carbaugh of Hagerstown, MD, Linda White of Hagerstown, MD and Carl Custer of Williamsport, MD. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
