He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Joan Smith Socks of Hagerstown, MD; his children, Stacie Lee Bradley (Ryland) of Hagerstown, MD and Charles Edward Socks, Jr. (April) of Berkeley Springs, WV; his grandchildren, Austin, Kaitlyn, Destiny, Brady, Alexander, Dominic and Robert; his father-in-law Robert Cromis of Hagerstown, MD; his siblings, Kelly Shank (Kevin) of Hagerstown, MD and David Socks (Kim) of Hagerstown, MD; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Kershner of Hagerstown, MD, Bobbi "Buttskull" Vidas of Hagerstown, MD and Ricky Hull. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
