He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Weller and Elsie Weller (Kendall); his former wife Leah Rebecca Weller (Sixeas); his daughter Barbara Marie Weller; and his siblings, Helen Goettsche, Donald Weller and Kenneth Weller.

He is survived by: his significant other Betty Baker Conley; his daughter Patricia Anne Harman (David) of Safety Harbor, FL; his stepdaughter Susan Sensel (Bill) of New Oxford, PA; and his close friends, Steve and Lori Wriston. He is also survived by four step grandchildren; seven step great grandchildren; three step great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Christian Church, 1345 Potomac Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
