He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivy Ella Warner (Myers) and Charles David Warner Jr.; and his wife Debra Jean Warner (Teter). He is survived by: his children, Betsy Christina Warner, Molly Rebecca Warner and Charles David Warner IV; his sister Susan Virginia Stottlemyer; and his children-in-law, Diane Kim Warner and Josué López.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
