She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Gladys Smith; and her siblings, Minnie Johnson, Elizabeth Smith, Marilyn Smith, George Jr., Robert and Jerry Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, Edward L. Smith of Hagerstown, Helen Bowers and Shirley Catoe of Hagerstown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
