It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Lowe of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Seymor Hoffman and Dorothy Hoffman (Poffenberger). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Eugene Lowe; her children, Shannon Kay McKinney (Daniel) and Scott Thomas Lowe (Lee Ann); her grandchildren, Dalton, Ian, Daniel, Morgan and Aidan; and her great grandchild Tate.
